We arrived way before check-in time. they stored our luggage securely and delivered it to our room before we even returned. i recommend the balcony room. We saw the skytree at night. it provided extra room for our bags.

The hotel is near restaurants it is also close to sensoji temple i also liked the yukatas available in the room the staff was very helpful during check-in and check-out. The room included a private refrigerator i also used the private shower room it was convenient and clean. I found the location great being close to many places worth visiting and also near subway stations the toiletries were very nice i ended up buying some to take home.

The walls had cracks but this was minor.

The reception staff managed check-in smoothly and offered assistance with directions the breakfast service was efficient with prompt delivery of orders there was also a korean-speaking staff member available to assist me

The hotel features a cafe bar for quick meals and drinks the room included yukatas i found it a nice traditional touch i used the provided wifi which was reliable for basic browsing and communication. A strict policy regarding luggage storage is enforced after check-out.

The staff was helpful and polite when asked for assistance.

The room I was assigned felt smaller than advertised and showed clear signs of wear, it had some stains on the carpet and the bathroom fixtures looked quite dated. This disparity between the room's condition and expectations set by online photos was certainly a disappointment, I feel.

the staff was accommodating and friendly , which i appreciate.

The bathroom was disappointingly dirty. I noticed thick mold on the walls and black mold along the edges of the sink counter, this was not good.
